Are the prices live?
Prices come from public Kraken market data and can lag by a few seconds. When the source cannot be read the screen says so and shows no guessed price.
How are my favorites stored?
Favorites are kept in this browser, separately for each brand; they are not synced to your account. If browser storage is unavailable, selections stay on the open page only.
How do I change the language and theme?
Use the language selector and theme button at the top of the screen. Preferences are kept in this browser; if storage is unavailable they apply to the open page only.
What can I do today?
Spot orders, convert, transfers between your accounts and bank transfer deposits are open. Crypto deposits, withdrawals and futures are coming soon.
What can I do without a connection?
The offline warning reflects the browser's connection. The open page stays visible, but its figures are not current; they refresh when the connection returns.
